Dr. Terry Daugherty is the Dean of the College of Business at The University of Akron (UA) and responsible for the strategic management of an AACSB International accredited business school ranked among the Top 1% worldwide. His research focuses on investigating areas of consumer psychology and persuasion within the domains of digital marketing and advertising. Prior to academia, Terry worked in the media industry completing his BA at Western Kentucky University, MA at the University of Alabama, and Ph.D. from Michigan State University.

Dr. Nodir Adilov serves as Dean and Professor of Economics at the Doermer School of Business, Purdue University Fort Wayne. He earned his Ph.D. in Economics from Cornell University, and his scholarship focuses on the emerging field of space economics, examining the impact of economic forces on space commerce and orbital debris. As an administrator, he emphasizes aligning business education with modern industry demands, including corporate partnerships, experiential learning, and a focus on impactful teaching, research, and service.

Laurie A. Miller, Ph.D.

Dr. Laurie A. Miller is the associate dean of undergraduate programs and curriculum, managing undergraduate business programs at Nebraska. A professor of practice in economics, she has served as a Secrest Teaching Fellow and on several college committees, earning multiple teaching awards, including the College of Business Excellence in Teaching Award. Her research focuses on labor economics and applied microeconomics, examining workplace stress, job satisfaction, flexible work arrangements, family-friendly policies, and wage dispersion. Miller earned her Ph.D. and master’s degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
